Returns Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect is found in the product
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom printed packaging products
- Logo printed boxes, cups, containers, or bags
- Customized packaging made as per customer requirements
- Bulk orders approved before production
Once production begins or printing approval is provided, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution
Share product images/videos immediately after delivery
Unboxing video may be required for verification.
